canvas [ n. ]
1. any fabric of linen, cotton, or hemp of a coarse loose weave used as a foundation for embroidery stitches, interlining, etc.
2. a closely woven, heavy cloth of cotton, hemp, or linen, used for tents, sails, etc.
3. a painting on canvas.
With a canvas, you have a blank slate that is normally turned into some sort of art. Something beautiful. This is just like how our Creator did it. He started out with a blank canvas and created something beautiful: our universe and our Earth. However, this canvas of our Earth has been stained by another beautiful creation: mankind. This blog is an ongoing conversation of how to live better lives that echo the sounds of God.

Jonathan Sigmon (aka Siggy or Sigs) is the founder of Signature Entertainment, an artist-management and design company that works primarily with bands trying to creatively spread hope and love to the world through music. He has a vast array of work experiences in the fields of marketing, producing/sound engineering, music/concert promotion, booking, and a variety of roles at churches. Sigmon is a graduate of Geneva College with a dual-degree in marketing and music business. He also attended The Contemporary Music Center, where he gained much of his training for the management and music business work he does now. Sigmon hopes to discuss the different fields he is passionate about, as well as figure out how to make some clarity of this messy thing we've made Jesus.
"Sigs" has also served as the worship leader and currently serves as the Executive Team Leader at Inner Metro Green, an emerging, missional church in Lancaster city that serves the poor.
