I've recently been thinking....not too many athletes have been seen throwing a finger to the heavens or kneeling in worship after a RB fumbles, a QB throwing an interception, a batter striking out, an air ball, a pop up, a goalie giving up a short handed goal, etc. In the moment where we fail, God is more worthy of worship than our successes because despite this momentary let down, our knowledge of Him and our faith in Him is our greatest victory.

P.S. Steelers Troy Polamalu has been the only one seen really expressing his faith after each and every play :)
